Indeed challenged us to show Gen-z and college student job seekers that the search doesn’t have to be so stressful. So as part of our year long campaign, we dropped in where we knew they would be, with a tone they would listen to.
Because who doesn’t need a hand every once in a while?
These posts were part of a 2023 NSAC competition campaign submission that won Best Insight and Best Innovation.

“ A big part of building consideration is presenting Indeed as a solution to the audience’s problems. It’s not enough to say, ‘Indeed is here.’ You have to say, Indeed is here and this is how we can help you.”
Between the active and passive job seeker, is the frustrated one.
A whole generation of 18-24 year olds afflicted with application sickness, but the professional world doesn’t need to feel so bleak. There’s a plan waiting for every job seeker, they just have to find it on Indeed.
How could we get them to realize that?
By reaching them in the places they need Indeed most, their social media feeds, to show them a better type of gratification is a few clicks away.
Or, face to face with industry professionals on school campuses. Every job seeker is different.
No matter the path, on Indeed, success is only a few filters away.
